* Snow Chains for rentals commencing between Nov. 15 - Apr. 15 in the following regions: Valle D'Aosta, Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio (Rome excluded),Abruzzo, Molise, Campania (only Benevento and Avellino), Puglia (only Foggia) and Basilicata.
* Wheels, Glass, Tires, Roof, Undercarriage and Interior Coverage.
* Includes Unlimited Mileage.
* Airport Surcharge: 22% , this surcharge will still apply to all local charges.
* Road Tax.
* Credit Card Block: EUR 200.00 will be blocked on the client's credit card at time of pick up.

confirmation. Auto Europe LLC has acted as a booking agent in arranging the car rental
between the rental company named on this booking confirmation and you. In the course of
arranging this rental Auto Europe LLC may have collected payment from you on behalf of the car
rental company. This booking confirmation is not a rental agreement and Auto Europe does not
provide car rental. When you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental agreement provided by
the rental company named on this booking confirmation which will be subject to local
laws. Auto Europe cannot be held responsible if you do not meet the car rental company’s
requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary
documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such
fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the
terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency. As the rental agreement is between the renter and the car hire company, Auto Europe LLC as a disclosed agent cannot be held liable for damages on or outside the rental vehicle caused due to a technical malfunction. Auto Europe does not provide insurance. Coverage is provided by the rental company, as indicated. Additional coverage may be available for purchase from the rental company.
* The local supplier will require a security deposit to be blocked on the primary driver's credit card for the duration of the rental. Contact Auto Europe for exceptions. Drivers license must be held for a minimum of 1 year (some exceptions may apply).
* An international driver's license is required if your national driver's license is not in Roman script. An IDL is also mandatory, by law, for non-European Union renters.
* In case of a driver's license issued by the People's Republic of China, this must be accompanied by a notarised translation instead of an IDL.
* Rentals commencing January 1, 2019 onward, Italian residents must present a valid Italian fiscal code card for invoices at time of pickup.
* Optional items (ie: luggage rack, child seats, etc.) are on a request basis only, for an additional fee.
* Drop off charges, if applicable, are estimates only, and may change without notice.
* Reservations made on an Internet Rate are subject to a cancellation fee of $75 USD if cancelled within 2 days of pick up and there will be no refund in the event of cancellation after the scheduled date and time of pick up.
* There will be no refund for any rental where client is a no show.
* There will be no refund for unused days.
* For rentals commencing in July and August, there will be no refund for vans (this is any 7, 9 and 5 + 2 seater vehicles), once confirmed with payment, except rentals commencing July 01 - August 9 and August 20 - 31 there is no refund only if cancelled within 7 days of the pickup. There are no refunds for unused days.
* Deliveries/Collections are available on a request basis only, for an additional fee.Minimum drivers age is 25.
* Travel is permitted into W. Europe as well as Croatia and Slovenia.
* Cars are not permitted to travel into any African country (i.e. Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, etc.).Vehicles may not travel on ferries and/or to Island locations without pre-approval from Auto Europe.
* Between November 1st and March 31st cars are not permitted to travel into Austria as they are not equiped with snow tyres which are mandatory in Austria during winter months.
* Auto Europe strongly advises client to check if car is DIESEL or REGULAR GASOLINE at pick up .

* When travel is permitted outside the renting country it is the responsibility of the renter to make sure their vehicle complies with the local laws of the country in which they are travelling,this includes but is not limited to safety equipment, cross border documents, toll stickers, etc.
* While you can use a debit card to pay for your reservation through Auto Europe , cash deposits, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron, pre-paid credit cards and debit cards are rarely accepted locally,so please be sure to check with our agents at time of reservation if you require this facility.
